Caroline Flack has reportedly taken her lavish £1.1 million London flat off the market to rent it out as a source of income.
The presenter, 40, decided on the financially healthy move after losing her £1.2 million Love Island salary.
Caroline missed out on the hefty sum by stepping down from the role following her arrest last month.
A source told The Sun: “It’s been on the market for a while – but she’s taken it off and will now rent it out as it makes more business sense.”
Caroline put the plush two-bedroom flat on the market in September, though it only came to light last month that it was for sale following her much-talked-about arrest.
The former Love Island host is to stand trial next month over an alleged attack on her boyfriend Lewis Buton in December.
Caroline, who denies one charge of assault by beating, disappeared after Christmas for a lengthy holiday but she broke cover last week.
Her modern pad boasts an array of stunning features, including a modern and colourful decor, spacious rooms, and an open plan kitchen.
The flat boasts a pink and red picture on the wall in living room, which is poster of The Virgin Suicides by Sofia Coppola.
The walls of the house are white and pastel hues, which go well with the current furniture she has set up.
And it seems as though Caroline is taking her preparations for court seriously, as she reportedly given up booze and adopted a healthy new lifestyle.
An insider said: “Caroline has not touched alcohol since before Christmas and has been getting to the gym every day.
“She is in much better shape both physically and mentally.”
Mirror Online has contacted Caroline’s representative for comment.
