The Kardashians may be one of the richest and most famous families in the world, but it doesn’t come without plenty of drama.
The stars of Keeping Up With The Kardashians have faced plenty of controversy and hardships this year.
They’ve had such bad luck at time, that people have wondered if the Kardashian Kurse really is real.
But who has been victim to it in 2019?
Here’s all the things that have gone wrong for the Kardashian Klan this year…
The Jordyn Woods scandal
The Kardashians were hit by one of their biggest scandals ever in February when reports surfaced that Khloe’s boyfriend Tristan Thompson had cheated with her sister Kylie’s BFF Jordyn Woods.
Shock and confusion followed the reports, as well as radio silence from the famous family, meaning fans didn’t know what to believe.
But it soon transpired that Tristan and Jordyn had kissed at a party at his home and that Jordyn originally lied to Khloe, saying she’d gone to the bash to watch him and make sure he didn’t cheat.
On March 1, Jordyn sat down to tell her side of the story on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk.
Jordyn said on the Facebook show that she and the basketball player – father of Khloe’s daughter True – had only shared a quick kiss when she was leaving the house, but Khloe fired back.
She wrote on Twitter: “Why are you lying @jordynwoods ?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”
She later added: “Tristan is equally to blame but Tristan is the father of my child. Regardless of what he does to me I won’t do that to my daughter. He has been addressing this situation PRIVATELY.”
Jordyn later moved out of Kylie’s home, where she had been living with her BFF.
The entire family cut contact with her in the end, and of course, all the fallout was captured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Khloe splits from Tristan
Khloe dumped Tristan after finding out that he’d cheated on her with Jordyn, publicly humiliating her for the second time.
He had become embroiled in another cheating scandal while she was heavily pregnant with True.
Pictures and video emerged of Tristan kissing other women, and she ended up going into labour and giving birth the following day.
Many people believed the stress had sent her into early labour.
After the Jordyn situation, Tristan tried his hardest to win her back, sending her flowers every day, as well as expensive gifts.
She vowed to continued having a civil relationship with him for the sake of their daughter and even invited him to her first birthday party, which took place just a few weeks after they broke up.
And in May, sources close to Khloe said she wasn’t interested in dating any more.
Kylie splits from Travis
Kylie split from her boyfriend Travis Scott in October, after welcoming their first child Stormi together.
“The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is,” she wrote.
“There was no “2am date with Tyga”. You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at.
“Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi. Our friendship and our daughter is priority,” she added.
Kylie sparked rumours of a reunion with rapper Tyga when she was spotted leaving Hollywood hot spot Delilah with her girlfriends Anastasia ‘Stassi’ Karanikolaou and Kelsey Calemine.
They left the club at around 2am in a blue Rolls Royce and headed straight to Sunset Marquis – where Tyga was working the hotel’s recording studio.
Kourtney has breakdown about turning 40
On the most recent series of KUWTK, Kourtney was seen struggling with turning 40.
She broke down in tears as she confided in Khloe about how the milestone was affecting her.
She said: “I do think that turning 40, like it almost makes you analyse like where you’re at in your life. It’s just giving me anxiety.”
The mum-of-three added: “Now that I’m doing Poosh, I just always wish I had more time. I feel like I want to cry.”
Wiping away her tears, she added: “I have so much and I should just be so happy.”
When Khloe asked if she was happy, she said: “I mean, I am. But then sometimes I’m just like it makes you really like analyse just like where you’re at and then I’m like sometimes, ‘What am I doing?’
“Sometimes I’m like I’ll just do stupid s**t to like distract from really thinking about stuff that is maybe more important.”
Kim’s ‘Kimono’ controversy
In July, Kim was accused of cultural appropriation after she announced she was calling her new shapewear line ‘Kimono’.
A kimono is a traditional Japanese garment, and some people felt that Kim was disrespecting Japanese culture by naming her underwear after it.
Kim had launched the products, announcing their arrival on Twitter : “Finally I can share with you guys this project that I have been developing for the last year.
“I’ve been passionate about this for 15 years. Kimono is my take on shapewear and solutions for women that actually work.”
But Twitter users accused Kim of “butchering Japanese culture,” and overlooking hundreds of years of history of the Japanese garment.
Japanese-American woman Yuka Ohishi, told the BBC: “We wear kimonos to celebrate health, growth of children, engagements, marriages, graduations, at funerals.
“It’s celebratory wear and passed on in families through the generations.
“This shapewear doesn’t even resemble a kimono – she just chose a word that has Kim in it – there’s no respect to what the garment actually means in our culture.”
The backlash was captured on the family’s show, with Kim revealing that she had no idea it would cause any offence.
She apologised and later changed the name to Skims.
The mother-of-four wrote on Twitter: “Being an entrepreneur and my own boss has been one of the most rewarding challenges I’ve been blessed with in my life.
“What’s made it possible for me after all of these years has been the direct line of communication with my fans and the public.
“I am always listening, learning and growing – I so appreciate the passion and varied perspectives that people bring to me. When I announced the name of my shapewear line, I did so with the best intentions in mind.
“My brands and products are built with inclusivity and diversity at their core and after careful thought and consideration, I will be launching my Solutionwear brand under a new name.
“I will be in touch soon. Thank you for your understanding and support always.”
