Kendall Jenner has caused quite an outrage with her latest, seemingly innocent social media post.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star, 24, took to Instagram to share a short video of herself showing off her slight figure.
The clip shows Kendal posing in a bathroom mirror as she shows off her long limbs by reaching her right arm up in the air.
The Victoria Secrets model looked amazing in the all-black ensemble which hugged her 5’10 frame perfectly.
“Wingspan” was all the star wrote in the caption of her post.
Kendall’s video was viewed over 2 million times in the first 20 minutes of her sharing it, however, the response wasn’t an overwhelmingly positive one.
The Calabasis native was quickly slammed for her choice of caption by followers who claimed her cryptic post comes at a highly insensitive time following the sudden death of NBA superstar Kobe Byrant after he died in a helicopter crash.
Many followers felt the star was insinuating ‘helicopter’ hands, while others stated that her choice of caption was highly insensative.
“That’s kind of inappropriate considering what just happened,” one confused fan claimed.
“Wow! I knew the Kardashian’s were dumb as f**k but this is just a step too far. Helicopter arms??? Are you actually serious?!” another fuming fan wrote.
While another raged: “You’re Instagram page needs to be shut down. Why would you post a long limbed NBA player-like video. And caption it this?”.
“It’s wild to think that Kobe came from the same place as a stupid b**ch like you!” a fourth fumed.
The comments were comment were quickly met with opposition with many followers defending the star’s post: “helicopters don’t even have wings,” a follower said in defense of Kendall while another said, “get over it you know she wasn’t referring to that.”
“This has nothing to do with Kobe! Calm down!” another quipped.
The latest controversy comes after Kendall’s dad, Caitlyn Jenner admitted that she would like to see her daughter Kendall Jenner get back with ex-beau Harry Styles.
The 70-year-old former I’m A Celeb contestant joined fellow campmate Roman Kemp via Facetime on the Capital Breakfast Show for a candid chat.
In the call, Caitlyn said that Harry “seemed like a gentleman”.
“I hear he plays golf, that’s good,” she noted.
Caitlyn and Roman went on to agree that there was a “lovely connection” between the former couple and said it would be “amazing” to see them reunited.
“She always speaks very highly of him, and, yeah, I think they did [have a lovely connection,]” the former US sport star admitted.
Kendall, 24, and the One Direction heartthrob, 25, been an on-off item since they were first spotted together in 2014, but their relationship was never technically official.
In December 2019, the pair put on a flirty display when they were reunited for The Late Late Show With James Corden, where Kendall grilled the British singer – at one point asking whether one of his songs was about their relationship.
In true Harry style, he refused to answer.
