Paul Hollywood’s new girlfriend Melissa Spalding has secured her beau for a local baking competition at her Kent pub.

The pair were first linked back in September, Paul’s love life having been under the microscope following a messy split from 24 year old ex Summer Monteys-Fullam .

Now 36 year old landlady Melissa claims that she’s got Paul, 53, to judge a bake sale at her pub in Smarden, Kent.

“Who will be our Smarden star baker?” she asked, “Paul Hollywood will be judging your delicious cakes in a winner takes all competition.”

Money raised will go to the local parish council.

Paul went through a heated break up from Summer last year, with the redheaded beauty believed to have called it quits on their romance after Paul asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The document is said to have forbidden Summer from discussing their relationship.

A source told The Mirror at the time that Summer had been expecting the Bake Off judge to get down on one knee just prior to their split.

They said: “She was totally heartbroken that Paul would even ask her to sign such a thing and took it as an insult.

“It showed her how he really viewed their relationship.”

They’d first met back in 2017 when Paul arranged a party for now ex-wife Alexandra at the bar at which Summer worked.

It was reported Paul had lent Summer his chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce for her 22nd birthday, before they grew closer to each other following his split from Alexandra.

Later that year, they were spotted at London’s highly exclusive and fancy Dorchester Hotel.

More recently, following the breakup, Paul and Melissa were spotted at a Cyprus resort – where he’d both met and wed Alexandra.

A source told The Sun : “It is a bit odd that he brought his new girlfriend to a place he had so many memories with his ex, including where their actual wedding took place.

“They went for a Japanese meal one evening and came back holding hands. I think they want to stay low key so they haven’t been talking to guests.

“They will be in the honeymoon stage. They certainly don’t seem to have eyes for anyone else.”
