The Masked Singer is already making waves – its a new concept for British audiences, and shows off some truly bizarre get-ups.
The show sees anonymous celebs get up on stage to belt out some bangers – all while dressed up as various animals.
The judging panel – Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Ken Jeong and Rita Ora – have to guess who the famous face behind the mask is.
It’s a concept imported from across the pond, and has even brought with it American comedian and judge Ken.
Some fans, though, have taken to Twitter to place the US and UK versions side by side – and examine the costumes.
One fan struck out at the UK costumes, sharing a picture of a US costume alongside tonight’s newcomer, Duck.
They wrote: “Costumes for The Masked Singer USA are works of art. The state of the UK ones…”
Another penned: “Just checked out the US version of #MaskedSinger. Big, big names…Seal, Donny Osmond, Latoya Jackson…Just maybe the judges aren’t aiming too high with some of their guesses…”
Others weren’t so bothered and really enjoyed the show.
“I love this masked singer show,” one gushed.
Another squealed: “Think I love The Masked Singer.”
The show saw Butterfly eliminated – and unmasked as EastEnders’ Patsy Palmer.
“Omg I love Patsy, she’s so good at singing #MaskedSinger,” one fan wrote.
“Oooooh my god,” another said, “Brilliant! Love Patsy Palmer #MaskedSinger #Eastenders.”
Others were just baffled by the show.
One laughed: “I really wanted to hate this but I actually love it?? Send help. #MaskedSinger.”
A second tweeted: “#MaskedSinger might be the absolute most bonkers thing I’ve ever watched…AND I LOVE IT…Also I think Chameleon is Matt Smith.”
